[Domestic Production in Japan] Cross-flow Water Turbine for Small Hydropower Generation (up to 50 kW)

We offer custom-designed cross-flow turbines tailored to local conditions at a low price. We also accept orders for the sale of the turbine alone.

Our company was founded by engineers from a shipyard who started their own business. We have applied the fluid machinery technology developed in shipbuilding to small hydropower generation. We can offer cross-flow turbines under 50 kW at a low price. Additionally, we are flexible in customizing to meet our customers' requirements. Currently, we have four turbines of 20 to 50 kW in operation, and we are manufacturing one turbine of 50 kW. 【Features】 - Simple structure, making maintenance easy. - Equipped with a flow adjustment mechanism (guide vanes). The dimensions of the turbine (diameter, width) are determined based on the flow rate and effective head. After that, we manufacture the actual unit and conduct trial runs in a hydraulic environment similar to the site to confirm the power generation performance. Our company possesses testing facilities specifically focused on the development of small hydropower generation systems. We use up to three 55 kW pumps as water flow generation devices, combined with a 55 kW generator to conduct performance verification tests on the turbines. By using this testing facility, we can actually confirm the power generation performance. By consistently handling design, manufacturing, performance verification testing, construction, and on-site adjustments in-house, we achieve low prices.
